This space will strengthen our interoceptive skills or hone our internal messaging. This life requires a confident, purposeful, inner life informed by our values, instincts, and the sparks of creative energy that can only arise if we listen carefully to the messages from within. Become an inner influencer!

How do we find balance and contentment in a chaotic culture? I am fond of the idea that we are here to support each other in the ways available to us; to create healthy communities that are grounded in compassionate openness, inner truth, and generosity of spirit. There is a vast difference between the edited images of pristine homes, “fit” bodies, and elaborate vacation destinations that seem to represent who we are as a culture and the very real, at times blemished, short-tempered, messy life we lead. Let’s gain stability and strength as we balance our bodies, emotions, and overall health and well-being.

This page will contain a guided meditation designed to align breath with movement and bring awareness to body sensations and emotional cues; honing interception.

Each month information drawn from my experiences as a psychotherapist, yoga instructor, meditation instructor, and somatic therapist will inform the content. I will share the ideas and techniques that have proven to

support the health, contentment, and overall well-being of my clients.

  1. Repeat the meditation

Notice if the meditation has more impact after reading the content. Does it provide a different perspective? The meditations are yours to return to whenever you need them. We evolve with each meditation, each moment spent in intentional awareness.
